1. When can I add or change structure sizes or placement?

Sec 3.61 - No building, structure or land shall hereafter be used or occupied, and no building or structure or part thereof shall hereafter be erected, constructed, reconstructed, moved or altered except in conformity with these regulations.

2. How big of an accessory building may I build?

In all zones within the City limits and the 3-mile jurisdiction anything over 864 square feet requires a conditional use permit. For application, see the Zoning Administrator. Fee is $75.
