The Larned water department, is owned and operated by the City of Larned. The city supplies, and distributes high quality water to the approximately 2,400 customers.
The Larned Water Department manages and maintains the infrastructure and one water tower. This department also manages the City’s well fields.

Drop your payment off at City Hall (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m - 5 p.m.)
Drop your payment off at the City Hall Drop Box (24 hours a day).
Water service can be turned on or off the day following request for service or the same day in an emergency situation.
If residential or commercial water was turned off due to non-payment, service can be restored the same day prior to 4 p.m. Water will be turned back on once the past due balance has been paid, including a late fee. Please call 620-285-8500 for assistance.
The hardness of Larned's water is thirty six grains of hardness per gallon of water.
New account holders are required to sign up for service in person at City Hall. A driver's license or other photo identification are required, along with a non-refundable $25 service initiation fee.
